Pitot Static Tube Apparatus
This instrument comprises of two tubes. These two tubes are known as Stagnation pressure tube and the static pressure tube. Pressure difference is calculated and then the difference of pressure between two tubes indicates the dynamic pressure. Dynamic Pressure is a measure of the velocity of the flow.
Pitot and Actual velocities are calculated to find out Calibration factor Cv The apparatus has Clear Perspex channel helping students understand theoretical concept
