In an alternating current direction, the number of cycles per second is known as Frequency. The Frequency is also known as temporal frequency when the number of an events is repeating.
Commonly in engineering and science, we use the parameter frequency to determine the vibratory phenomena and rate of oscillatory like: audio (sound) signals, mechanical vibrations, light, and radio waves.
