- A tank containing the liquid of elution, in stainless steel
- A tank containing the washing solution made of stainless steel
- A tank containing the product elution
- A centrifugal pump
Sampling
- A digital thermometer in the finding tank
- A rotameter
- A control cabinet including the control and security devises in painted steel
- The analyses are done in laboratory.
Optional equipment :
1. Temperature/Heating control and Pt100 probe
2. Resin for extraction of the whey protein (500g)
